Version 1.0 — June 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made by Forxa, a UK business operated by Forxa, registered in England and Wales. By making payment you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. A legally binding contract is formed at the point payment is received and cleared.

2. Orders & Payment
A binding contract is formed at the point full payment is received and cleared by Forxa. Issuance of an invoice does not alone constitute acceptance of an order.
- Full payment is required before dispatch. Forxa does not offer credit.
- Card payments can take up to 3 working days to clear. Goods are dispatched only once cleared funds are confirmed — no exceptions.
- If payment is not received within 7 days of invoice, the order will be cancelled and goods released for resale.
- Forxa reserves the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
3. Goods & Suitability
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that items ordered are correct for their requirements — including size, style, finish, and quantity — before placing an order.
- Minor variations in finish or appearance between batches are inherent to metal manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.
- All dimensions are approximate and given in good faith.
- Forxa accepts no liability for goods used outside their intended purpose.
- If a buyer orders the wrong item, this is treated as a change-of-mind return. A 25% restocking fee applies and return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
4. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed.
- Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Forxa's responsibility ends at the point of delivery.
- Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims after this window will not be accepted.
- Re-delivery charges apply if the buyer fails to accept delivery.
5. Returns — Change of Mind
Custom, cut-to-size, or specially ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty. For standard stock items the following strict conditions apply.
- Notify Forxa in writing within 14 days of delivery quoting your invoice number.
- A non-negotiable 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
- Return shipping is the buyer's sole responsibility.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of Forxa's written acceptance.
- Goods must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original undamaged packaging.
- Forxa reserves the right to apply a further deduction if goods are returned in a condition that reduces resale value.
- Refunds are issued only after goods are received, inspected, and approved.
- No refund will be issued for returns without prior written authorisation.
6. Returns — Faulty Goods
- Report alleged faults within 30 days of delivery with written description and photographic evidence.
- Goods must be returned at the buyer's cost using a tracked and insured service.
- If confirmed faulty, a full refund including original delivery charge will be issued within 30 days of receipt.
- If goods are found not to be faulty, no refund will be issued and return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
- Forxa's decision following inspection is final in the first instance.
7. Fraudulent Claims
Forxa takes fraudulent returns and false claims extremely seriously. Any buyer found to have submitted a fraudulent claim may be reported to the relevant authorities and Forxa reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses through the courts.
- False chargeback claims without following Forxa's returns process will be considered breach of contract.
- Forxa will submit full evidence to the payment provider in all chargeback disputes.
- Forxa reserves the right to recover associated costs from buyers who make fraudulent claims.
8. Your Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.
9. Business Customers
- Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections do not apply to trade purchases.
- Returns accepted only at Forxa's sole discretion.
- Faulty goods claims must be raised within 5 working days of delivery.
- Forxa's liability is limited to the net invoice value of goods.
- No liability for consequential loss, lost profits, or project delays.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Forxa's maximum liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the order in question.
- Forxa is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses of any kind.
- Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
